The Assistant Director of Clinical Services is a Nursing Lead, a clinical leadership role responsible for the overall supervision of nursing services and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in Singapore. The role leads the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, clinical policies and procedures, patient safety programs, and education frameworks to support clinical performance across dialysis and related services.
Working closely with medical and operational leadership team, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives continuous quality improvement, and supports the development and performance of clinical teams across dialysis clinics in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage clinical services and nursing teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical performance outcomes
- Develop, review, and ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures
- Manage clinical risk, including adverse event reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions
- Drive clinical education, training, and competency development for healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards through audits and governance processes
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to clinical staff and leaders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve clinical goals and improve patient outcomes
- Degree in Nursing with 5 - 8 years of relevant experiences in managing renal dialysis centers of multiple locations
- Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Experienced in quality management and healthcare improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
