Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Lead a dedicated team: Provide strong leadership to a team of Property Officers, guiding them in their day-to-day facilities management operations.
Oversee maintenance: Inspect routine maintenance and improvement works, ensuring high standards are maintained across all properties.
Provide expert advice: Offer valuable insights and recommendations on facilities management matters, drawing from your extensive experience.
Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain excellent rapport with relevant agencies and contractors, fostering productive partnerships.
Drive continuous improvement: Take a proactive approach in implementing new initiatives to enhance property management services.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Building, Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Relevant experience: Bring at least 3 years of experience in estate management, with a proven track record in township management.
Customer-focused: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent service to all stakeholders.
Effective communicator: Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented team player: Show meticulous attention to detail while working collaboratively within a team environment.
