OVERVIEW

Medical Interpreter

• Provide interpretation services (Japanese-English-Chinese) for Japanese members and their families during medical visits.
• Assist with reception procedures, medical explanations, insurance claims, and payment processing.
• Handle phone calls and email correspondence.
• Translate documents between Japanese, English, and Chinese.
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.
• Conduct monthly data entry and manage ad-hoc assignments.
• Standby duty may be required outside regular hours, on weekends, and public holidays (overtime allowance provided for hospital/clinic-related tasks).

• Fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin for interpretation.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the medical field is a plus.
• Available for standby duty 2–3 days per week outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Monthly salary: S$2,700 – S$4,500 (based on experience)
• Annual leave: 14 days
• Medical support: Insurance coverage provided
• No AWS or performance bonus
