Up to $18/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Process daily sales data including sales reports and summaries accurately and efficiently.
Develop SOPs for store-use bakery products (approximately 2-3 items per month), including manufacturing processes, key control points and quality notes to ensure product consistency.
Track and analyze sales performance of new product launches, compile and present weekly sales reports.
Prepare reports and other sales related documentation as required.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

Job Requirements:

SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Min. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration/Sales Support, or in similar role (preferably in Bakery/ Retail/ Food Manufacturing industry will be an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
