Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and handling confidential information.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external use.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and assist in generating sales reports and presentations.
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, addressing any coordination issues that arise.
- Manage purchasing activities by sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules, resolving vendor discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate supply of goods.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
