Job Responsibilities:
- Provide contract advice on a broad range of commercial issue
- To prepare, negotiate, review and advise on all aspects of contracts and ensuring compliance
- To work closely with legal team in all legal matters
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration
- Handle on going contract issues and change management to recommend changes and best practices
Job Requirements:
- Degree in law with 3 years of PQE as an in-house lawyer, assistant contract manager or with a reputable commercial law firm.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet aggressive deadline
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Organized and an eye for detail
- A team player with excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
