Responsibilities :

• To ensure that customer’s inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated / transacted as per procedures / work instructions
• Coordinate with forwarder / transporter in the arrangement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure that working documents are progressed and archived with proper recording / filing system
• Work closely with operations team in area of inbound, outbound and inventory related tasks..
• Perform cycle count administration and general administration support to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Experience in similar industry/warehouse documentation
• Familiar with WMS/Microsoft Office
