202-002 Cloud Migration Project Engineer

This role requires strong independence, technical awareness of AFC and cloud systems, and excellent organisational skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Plan, organise, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce and communicate accurate, timely project progress reports for management forums, steering committees, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to administer project budgets and expenditures.
• Facilitate and document design and technical review sessions with contractors, cloud architects, and AFC system specialists.
• Track review outcomes to ensure incorporation into the project deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in technology or system migration projects
• Relevant project management or project experience in the area of Automatic Fare Collection system in Singapore transit environment will be a plus
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud migration practices will be an advantage
