Assistant Engineer (12hours; 4 days) - Manufacturing

Job Scope:

• Support daily production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with certified operators to ensure proper manpower allocation and smooth workflow execution.
• Verify materials received and update inventory, work orders, and production data accurately in the ERP system.
• Set up and monitor machines and processes according to defined parameters and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise operators’ work, review output records, and ensure compliance with work instructions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, investigate defects, and take action to maintain product quality and prevent non-conformance.
• Enforce EHS standards by identifying risks, supporting audits, investigating incidents, and promoting a safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries (e.g. semiconductor, automation, machinery, aviation, industrial, medical) preferred
• Experience in leading or guiding a small team will be an advantage
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)

Entry level - Assistant Engineer ( 5days ) - M&E

Job Scope:

• Design and execute performance, reliability, and sustainability tests
• Analyze test data and interpret results to support decision-making
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain proper documentation
• Install, operate, and maintain testing equipment and tools
• Troubleshoot issues and enhance the performance of existing products
• Support new product development, including testing, validation, and improvement processes

Job Requirements:

• Entry level are welcome as training will be provided
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
