Relationship Manager (SME Financing)
- Location : Sin Ming Drive
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Originate and manage SME clients for real estate–backed financing
- Grow and manage SME loan portfolio and client base
- Maintain relationships with borrowers and support ongoing credit requests
- Prepare credit proposals, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Coordinate credit approvals and transaction execution with internal teams
- Manage documentation requirements with borrowers and stakeholders
- Liaise with lawyers, valuers, insurers, and service providers for loan disbursement
- Support post-disbursement account management and repayment monitoring
- Follow up on repayments and handle early-stage collections
- Assist with restructuring or management of distressed loans
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship management
- Hands-on experience in credit assessment and financing documentation
- Strong understanding of SME and real estate-backed financing structures
