Geylang - Clinic / Dental / Pharmacy Assistant (Temp/Contract) #HYN

We are seeking a Clinic / Dental / Pharmacy Assistant on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the healthcare industry, providing crucial support to healthcare professionals in the Central Region.

• Providing administrative support to the clinic, dental office or pharmacy staff
• Greeting and welcoming patients, handling patient enquiries and booking appointments
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting with basic medical/dental procedures and patient care under the supervision of qualified professionals
• Ensuring the clinic, dental office or pharmacy environment is clean, organised and well-maintained
• Performing other general office duties as required

• Previous experience as a clinic, dental or pharmacy assistant, or in a similar healthcare support role
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with patients and healthcare providers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
