Project Engineer (M&E) / Assistant Project Manager - Geylang

• Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) project works from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety compliance, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress claims.
• Support the Project Manager in overall project execution and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in M&E project coordination or site management.
• Good understanding of M&E drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager role.
