About the Role
We are hiring a Systems Engineer to support the SunVizion OSS platform deployed for one of the largest telecommunications operators in Singapore.
You will work directly with the client’s technical and business teams, supporting a live nationwide telecom system while collaborating closely with Suntech’s engineering, product, and implementation teams in Poland.
We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system operations. This role offers training, real production system exposure, and clear technical career progression.

Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st line technical support for the OSS platform
- Analyze and troubleshoot software incidents
- Resolve locally or escalate complex issues with clear technical documentation
- Work directly with client technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Suntech’s international engineering and product teams
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience
- Understanding of IT networking, databases and system integration concepts
- Basic knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English language - B2 /C1 level
