Job Description
The Business Operations Intern will support the company’s daily laundry operations, administrative work, and internal improvement projects. The intern will assist in tracking operational data, preparing reports, documenting workflows, and identifying areas where processes can be improved.
Key responsibilities include assisting with data entry, quantity tracking, report preparation, SOP documentation, process observation, and coordination with different departments. The intern may also be involved in digitalisation projects using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Power Platform tools to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual paperwork.
This role is suitable for students interested in operations management, business process improvement, administration, systems improvement, and workplace digitalisation.
