Job Description:
- Manage and maintain the Management Team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Organise, maintain and manage company registry to handle business information and documents.
- Manage SAP Purchase Requisition planning and processing roles relating to the general office.
- Assist in support tasks relating to the organising of company events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role, in support of a Division Manager or above.
- Diploma or above
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or relevant equivalent software.
- Proficiency in SAP is desirable but not mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
