The Role

As a Project/Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of digital solutions that meet business and user needs. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Project/Product Management

• Define and execute product vision and strategy
• Translate user needs into product opportunities
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Align with stakeholders on product requirements
• Manage product backlogs and development using Agile methodologies
• Deliver product releases and monitor performance metrics
• Engage external service providers for enhancements and support
• Handle procurement, contract, and transition management
• Ensure compliance with IT, quality, and security policies

1. Contract & Service Provider Management

• Manage full contract lifecycle
• Handle relationship and dispute management
• Monitor service provider performance and quality

1. ICT Funding & Procurement

• Develop business cases and budgets
• Navigate funding sources and cycles
• Execute procurement processes in compliance with policy

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management within IT or digital domains
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and Power Platform is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CITPM, COMIT) is advantageous
• Team-oriented with good organizational and leadership skills
