Urgent: APAC Director, Data Center Solutions - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with a portfolio of Hyperscale and Global accounts.
• Create and manage comprehensive account plans for assigned customers in the Hyperscale segment.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop a qualified sales pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Represent and promote the company brand, delivering tailored data center solutions aligned with customer needs while increasing market mindshare.
• Collaborate closely with sales engineering and regional teams to structure and negotiate competitive commercial proposals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities within the APAC data center landscape.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales capacity, preferably within the data center industry and managing Hyperscale clients.
• Proven success in managing Hyperscale accounts, with an established customer network and a history of driving opportunities to successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of the Asia Pacific data center market.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and technical specifications to support meaningful customer engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
