Job Role: Executive/ Senior Executive, Operations Resilience Cell (Integrated Operations Hub)

Job Purpose
  1. Develop and upkeep the operational readiness of Sentosa Resilience, systems and plans to ensure safety and security of all guests, employees, residents, and property (fixed and mobile).
  2. Plan and formulate guidelines and procedures relating to law and order, safety and security matters as well as incident and crisis management.
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Assumes role of Joint-Secretariat to various cross agencies meeting at Sentosa Island Working Group (SIWG) and internal departmental meetings, including but not limited to Safety and Security Review Committee (SSRC) and Island Services and Show Review Committee Meeting (ISRC).
  2. Secretariat of coordination meeting platforms such as, but not limited to:
  • Integrated Operations Coordination Meeting (IOCM)
  • Management Cluster Walk
  • Operations Readiness Plan (ORP)
  1. Part of the Sentosa Crisis Operations Group (SCOG), providing secretariat support and any other ad hoc tasks as required.
  2. Approval and review of e-Consent to Work (eCTW) applications, deconflict and necessary coordination and liaison with relevant stakeholders / agencies as required.
  3. Liaison between SDC and all government agencies to facilitate official inspection, investigation and enforcement matters and promote close working relationship with residents, tenants, and guests.
  4. Assist to review Island Operations SOPs, develop Community Policing / engagement programs, ensure stakeholders are aligned and updated as required.
  5. Planning and coordinating Crisis Management related exercises and developing, integrating, and driving annual work plans for large- and small-scale Emergency Preparedness (EP) exercises and drills, in consultation with respective stakeholders.
  6. To draft the Emergency Preparedness (EP) communication messages in conjunction with relevant parties to communicate and circulate the approved EP materials to all stakeholders.
  7. To develop Community Policing/engagement program, ensure stakeholders are aligned and updated on the EP SOPs.
  8. Attend community functions as required.
  9. Support Current Ops Cell operations as required.
  10. Review and trend incidents/feedback and provide suitable assessment and sense making for anticipatory planning.
  11. Preparation of management reports for Board, DM, and department updates.
  12. Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements
  1. Degree in any discipline.
  2. Have working experience at business continuity management and/or crisis management.
  3. Able to manage and protect highly confidential and proprietary information.
  4. Able to be deployed for events/duty on weekends/PH as and when required.
