Security Supervisor

• Ensure all security documentation is properly handled and maintained in accordance with SOPs
• Manage access control points to ensure only authorised entries
• Oversee pass counters for staff, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Administer Visitor Management System and Casual Labour System
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or irregularities
• Perform static duties at lobby and convention areas
• Conduct regular roving patrols across hotel premises, including guest floors and back-of-house areas
• Respond to and manage alarms (Fire & Life Safety Systems, duress, and emergency alerts)
• Assist in preliminary investigations using CCTV footage
• Train and guide junior security officers on procedures, equipment, and policies
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in hotel security or private security/law enforcement at supervisory level
• Valid Security Supervisor certification (as required by local authorities)
• Possess valid PLRD License
• Certified in CPR & AED, Basic Fire Fighting, and First Aid
• Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) certification preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
