Senior HR Executive (Retail MNC)
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR professional to support the full spectrum of Human Resource operations for the Singapore market. This role will play a key part in supporting retail business operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Salary & Benefits- Monthly Basic Salary: Up to $4,500

- Annual Leave starting from 14 days, with incremental entitlement up to 21 days

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for retail and back-office positions
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, contract administration, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and internal HR policies
- Organise employee engagement activities and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and stakeholders
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate closely with regional HR teams on operational matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the retail industry
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with regional stakeholders
