Job Purpose :
The Sales Manager will drive business development and revenue growth for flange management services and related solutions within the marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors. The role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, expanding market share, and ensuring the delivery of technical solutions that meet customer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in flange management, bolting, joint integrity, mechanical services, and related products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets in marine and oil & gas markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, market analysis, and networking.
- Lead sales presentations, tender submissions, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Manage existing key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand project requirements and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Technical & Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to deliver accurate technical solutions and quotations.
- Understand flange management services including bolted joint integrity, torque/tension methods, leak sealing, machining, and pressure testing.
- Ensure proposals meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Market & Competitor Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the flange management and joint integrity services sector.
- Provide management with monthly sales forecasts, market insights, and strategy recommendations.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and client activity logs.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and updated.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in marine, offshore, or oil & gas industries.
- Proven track record in selling technical services such as flange management, bolting/joint integrity, maintenance services, or industrial solutions.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of flange management processes: bolting, torque/tensioning, joint integrity, bolt load verification, and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of offshore standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking mindset and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel offshore/on-site when required.

- Revenue and margin growth.
