A respected consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager to support public and private sector projects. Known for its commitment to quality and professionalism, the company offers a collaborative environment where your expertise in contract administration and project management will be highly valued.

• Assist the Project Architect in contract administration, project tracking, and managing construction milestones, ensuring compliance with local contract conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual matters, lead meetings, and resolve issues during the construction phase.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, variation orders, extension of time claims, and other contractual submissions.
• Draft project master programmes, review legal and quantity surveying documents, and manage consultancy agreements and sub-consultant claims.

• You will have strong knowledge of local building contract conditions and experience in contract administration.
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in preparing fee proposals, service agreements, and claims documentation is preferred.
