About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and managing a team of construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and to specification
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Providing on-site training and mentoring to upskill the construction team
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
