Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform providing data-driven financing and payment solutions for real-asset and supply-chain sectors across Asia. Our client's mission is to make business transactions more seamless, transparent, and efficient for companies operating in complex cross-border industries.

Our client is expanding their commercial team and looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager who is entrepreneurial, fast-learning, and energized by building new client relationships from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and develop new client and partner opportunities within asset-heavy and trading-related industries (e.g. logistics, energy, commodities).
  • Drive the full business development cycle — from prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiation and deal closing.
  • Collaborate with management to design sales strategies, client segmentation, and growth pipelines.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across key regional markets.
  • Translate market and client insights into actionable product or process improvements with internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with credit, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
Who You Are
  • Go-getter personality — proactive, curious, and thrives in fast-changing environments.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development, account management, or commercial roles in B2B services, logistics, commodities, or industrial sectors, preferrably knowledge in marine and shipping sector.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate relationships into tangible results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about how fintech and data innovation can transform traditional industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and a desire to grow with the business.
