Job scope:
- Register patients for consultations and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and dispense medications while advising patients on payment options.
- Handle phone and walk-in queries professionally and with care.
- Support doctors by assisting with simple procedures such as taking vitals, performing tests, and preparing lab materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and doctors to complete additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Nursing
- Experience in healthcare or clinic support roles; willingness to undergo further training
- Comfortable using computers and the Internet to support clinic administrative tasks
