Key Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Professional to grow and manage key customer accounts for the company. You’ll be responsible for finding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive business growth.
Job Description- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain key customers.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies to accelerate the sales cycle and secure new business opportunities
- Meet sales targets and analyze performance to find areas for improvement.
- Present and promote products effectively to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure profitability.
- Work with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer engagement and brand-building efforts.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, identifying solutions, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent engagement and value-driven interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular feedback with internal teams to improve overall customer experience and optimize product offerings.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably experience in petroleum industry
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Results oriented personnel who have demonstrated good track record in handling account management
- Possess own vehicle will be an added advantage
