- Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month
⏰Hours: 9am – 6pm, 5.5 days/week
Job Scope:
- Manage dormitory and worksite compliance for foreign workers.
- Liaise with dormitory operators, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of workers’ movements (arrival, exit, transfers, home leave).
- Support initiatives to improve employee accommodation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
- Own transport is a plus for travel to dormitories and worksites.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in dormitory, facilities, or compliance-related roles preferred.
- Independent, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and record-keeping systems.
- Knowledge of foreign worker dormitory regulations.
- Own transport is an advantage.
