Student Care Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head (ISLANDWIDE CENTRES)

We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients for this role.
Roles and Responsibility (Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head) :
- Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
- Staff supervision and mentoring
- Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
- Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets
- Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report,.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director (for Assistant Centre Head)
Requirements (Assistant Centre Head) :
- Minimum diploma and above
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
