Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance the hotel’s reputation by increasing positive guest reviews.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent service standards.
- Manage and coordinate OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings and ensure reservation accuracy.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or related supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with OTA systems and reservation management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
