- Website & Content Management: Manage the company website, update service pages, blog articles, banners, and ensure SEO optimisation for lead generation.
- Social Media & Branding: Create compelling content to build brand awareness, attract corporate clients, and position the firm as an industry leader.
- E-Platform Management: Oversee enquiries from website and digital platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and online directories. Ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, digital behaviour, government grants, and regulatory updates to craft timely marketing messages.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, track lead conversions, and generate reports to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
