Call Centre Agent (Government Linked)

We are hiring Temp Customer Service Officers for various government-linked projects. Suitable for candidates with call centre/ customer service experience and able to commit for at least 1 year.

Salary: Up to $2,800/month OR Shift allowance provided for selected roles OR Hourly role available at $13/hour
Contract duration: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (extendable!)

⏱️Working hours (CAN CHOOSE!): 5-day work week/ Rotating shifts depending on assignment (Some roles may require weekends & PH commitment)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system

Requirements:

Min. O levels/Higher Nitec
Prior customer service or call centre experience is a must
Wellspoken and techsavvy
