Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail & Dining) - Bedok - ref. x0827403

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for retail frontline, and dining service
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the manpower needs and deliver timely hiring solutions

• Develop and executive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction in the competitive retail & food service landscape
• Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and social media hiring campaigns
• Craft engaging job advertisements that reflect our company’s culture and values

• Ensure all hiring processes comply with MOM regulations and company policies
• Handle all work pass matter from application, renewal, cancellation
• Managed job postings on internal and external recruitment platforms
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to track hiring efficiency and workforce planning

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights
• Manage external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners

• Oversee smooth onboarding experiences (30-60-90 onboarding) for new hires to enhance retention
• Facilitate for offboarding process and conduct exit interview
