Job Summary

Support the Package Manager by coordinating supplier schedules, monitoring purchase order progress, expediting documentation and inspections, and driving timely delivery to ensure project milestones are met in offshore energy projects.

• Collaborate closely with the Package Manager to support package execution and delivery
• Organize and lead package kick-off meetings to align stakeholders and set expectations
• Monitor supplier purchase order progress against agreed delivery schedules to ensure timely completion
• Maintain and update the agreed package schedule with suppliers to track milestones and deadlines
• Understand supplier manufacturing workflows to identify potential impacts on delivery timelines
• Expedite timely submission of supplier progress reports and communicate updates regularly to the project team
• Analyze supplier progress data to identify gaps or risks that may affect delivery performance
• Develop and implement recovery plans with suppliers and project teams when schedules are at risk
• Report non-conformance or non-compliance issues promptly to project management
• Arrange proactive field expediting visits to suppliers to identify and resolve performance gaps
• Serve as the first escalation point for delivery issues to the project management team
• Drive timely submission and approval of supplier documentation, focusing on key project documents
• Monitor project Require at Site (RAS) dates and communicate potential delivery issues to the construction team
• Expedite supplier submission of Notification of Inspection (NOI) per package schedule requirements
• Support logistics by coordinating timely requests for shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates
• Prepare Release for Shipment (RFS) documentation for Package Manager approval following final inspections
• Maintain up-to-date order progress in the expediting database and generate Expediting Tracking Reports (ETR)
• Assist Package Manager and Buyer in closing purchase orders and contribute to supplier performance evaluations
• Take proactive measures to maintain and improve delivery performance throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in expediting and inspection within manufacturing, offshore, or onshore facilities

• Experience with Oil & Gas products and related manufacturing environments
• Proven skills in planning to manage demanding deadlines effectively
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
