Desktop Support Engineer

Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, patching and general IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support for internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity problems.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, email accounts, and required software applications.
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business software to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in software implementation, including system setup, testing, user training, and ongoing support.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement when required.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Candidates with relevant experiences of IT Support are welcome to apply

ID Administrator (WSG)

Job Scope:

• Manage user account access (create, update, and remove access rights).
• Process and verify access requests with proper approvals.
• Conduct regular user access reviews and identify inactive or unnecessary accounts.
• Coordinate with departments to validate and update access rights.
• Ensure all access changes are documented and comply with SOP and timelines.

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in handling User Access Management (UAM) requests.
• Able to communicate effectively via email and phone to guide requestors on processes and requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP).
