Your new role

As an Assistant/Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO. This includes:

• Partnering with key stakehodlers and preparing proposals for pilot initiatives
• Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision-making
• Review department purchase/unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests to ensure compliance to policies and procedures
• Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycles
• Review workflows and identify gaps/potential in processes and propose appropriate rectficiations
• Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems

• Minimum 2-5 years in accounting & finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning roles.
• Flexibility, agility and ability to handle situations with an eye for details
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and possess data extraction and mining capabilities
