At REACH Youth Service, we’re looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to join our Youth Service team. This is more than just a job—it’s a calling to walk alongside youths through their most transformative journeys.- What You’ll Do
As a Social Worker, Counsellor, or Youth Worker, you’ll:
- Deliver impactful casework and group interventions in community and rehabilitation settings.
- Engage with youths and families to build trust and co-create meaningful change.
- Facilitate programmes in Youth Residential Services, Singapore Prison Service initiatives, and community outreach.
- Design and lead group sessions tailored to emotional and developmental needs.
- Take ownership of programmes—from planning and promotion to volunteer coordination and impact evaluation.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working directly with at-risk youth.
- Strengths:

- Passionate about youth rehabilitation
- Strong communicator and team player
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure
- Skills:
- Skilled in case assessment and intervention planning
- Confident in group facilitation and programme management

- Multilingual (English, Mandarin, Malay)
