- Leading technical teams, allocation resources and providing guidance on technical direction.
- Overseeing the technical aspects of the company’s operations, implement technical strategies and ensure the quality of technical work.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective technical strategies and processes, and leading Design for manufacturability (DFM) process.
- Aligning technology with business goals and management objectives, including new technology investment evaluation.
- Overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion, developing projects plans, setting timelines and managing budgets.
- Participate in sourcing and development of new material to meet technical requirements
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Keeping accurate documentation of all processes and procedures in the company

- Participate actively in Continuous Improvement activities and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Participate actively to prevent nonconformity relating to product, internal processes and clauses related to Management Systems.
- Develop, expand and maintain in-house laboratory facility/equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Good relevant technical, engineering or science degree
- Creative mindset and positive approach to problem solving, with an innovative thought process.
- High level of energy; strong execution ability; proven management skills, ie leading a team.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in customers fronting roles and good presentation skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in an innovative fast paced environment, preferably in sectors related to printing, material converting, or its supply chain.
- Strong material and material science knowledge and experience.
- Experience of working in a laboratory based or cleanroom environment
