Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products
1st Level support of business application like Bloomberg, Internal trading applications.
Morning checks of applications and infra systems.
Ad-hoc troubleshooting and support for user queries.
On boarding of new Joiners & termination of leavers access rights & release assets.
Software & hardware Inventory management.
Collaborate with global IT teams on project implementations tasks such as testing, upgrade, migration and movements.
Ensure security and compliance in the end user computing space
Level 1 support of Applications support.
