- Responsible for full set of accounts, accounting, and bookkeeping; review various original documents and prepare journal vouchers to ensure authenticity and legality.
- Responsible for tax calculation and filing.
- Handle accounting of assets, maintain detailed fixed asset ledger, and process related bookkeeping in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements; provide necessary data for group consolidated reports.
- Participate in project work, including data verification and expense management.
- Manage financial documents and accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports, cash flow statements, accounting reports, and financial analyses.
- Support business analysis and monitor cost control execution, addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of financial policies and procedures to ensure standardization, safety, and efficiency in management.
- Assist in improving internal control processes and managing financial risks.
- Support daily financial operations, ensuring smooth processes in cash flow management, accounting, budgeting, and tax matters.
- Assist in periodic financial analysis and forecasting of the company’s operations, and propose financial improvement plans.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
