Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 on-call support, responding to system faults and customer-reported issues.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems.
- Track and follow up on unresolved issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage incident reporting, conducting RCA and AAR per ITIL standards.
- Handle installations, updates, configurations, and bug fixes for hardware and software.
- Conduct system checks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain and update technical documents, including diagrams, guides, and reports.
- Work independently, following policies and procedures.
- Support off-peak maintenance and travel onsite when required.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Windows/Linux OS, networking, and scripting.
