We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support a wide range of planning and operational activities within the Data Management Office (DMO). This role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of DMO initiatives across Asia Pacific, while coordinating with global and regional teams.
Job Responsibilities- Track DMO’s budget progress and support relevant reporting.
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base on SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Manage and update the DMO’s internal communication site (SharePoint).
- Provide logistical support for internal meetings and committees (e.g. scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, material preparation).
- Assist in organizing training programs for data governance stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or banking/FI or its equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of work experience
- A Team player with an eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
