Medical Affairs Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Associate to support our medical and regulatory activities within a growing healthcare environment.

This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about healthcare, medical education, regulatory work, and scientific coordination.

• Support preparation of medical and scientific materials
• Assist with product registration and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate training sessions, medical meetings, and educational events
• Conduct literature searches and summarize clinical information
• Maintain regulatory documents, trackers, and records
• Liaise with internal teams and healthcare professionals
• Support ad-hoc medical affairs and regulatory projects

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulatory experience preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and grow in a medical/regulatory environment
