Bukit Batok - Anchor Doctor / General Practitioner (Educational Institution)

One of the leading private healthcare providers in the region, providing comprehensive services from primary to tertiary care is now hiring for Anchor Doctor / Family Physician to manage the Primary Healthcare Clinic. This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore.

• Location: West Singapore
• Working hours to be discussed: 42 to 44hrs/week

1. Primary Care Consultations: Patients for a variety of health concerns, ranging from acute illnesses to chronic conditions. Conduct thorough assessments, medical histories, perform physical examinations, and provide diagnoses and treatment plans.
2. Preventive Care: Emphasize preventive medicine by promoting healthy lifestyles, providing vaccinations, performing health screenings (such as for hypertension, diabetes), and offering advice on lifestyle modifications.
3. Chronic Disease Management: Manage patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and arthritis. This involves ongoing monitoring, medication management, and coordinating care with specialists when needed.
4. Minor Procedures: Perform minor procedures in the clinic, such as wound care management, suturing lacerations, removing skin lesions.
5. Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients' health needs and facilitating access to healthcare resources and support services in the community.

• MBBS &/OR GDFM
• SMC Registered (Full)
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and promote overall health and wellness
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions based on patient information and data
