Grace AG is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Accounting Associate in the Finance team.

Responsibilities

Handling full set of accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports
Performing analytical review and variance analysis
Assist in audit, budget and reforecast
Preparation of reports for submission to government agencies
Routine accounting tasks such as posting of vendor invoices and processing payments to vendors, staff, and volunteer claims
Administration of fixed assets

Requirements

Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or pursuing qualification in ACCA with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Possess strong accounting knowledge and a keen interest in system and workflow enhancement
Proficient with accounting software, experience with Business Central and Jet Reporting would be an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Possess good time management skills
Possess good interpersonal skills
Fast learner, meticulous, well-organised, able to work with speed and accuracy
