Full-Time Curriculum and Trainer Executive

Do you have a passion in teaching children? Speech Academy Asia is looking for a Full-Time English Public Speaking Trainer (Experience as a preschool teacher is highly preferred)! As a public speaking academy, we aim to imbue the importance of effective communication in various ways for students of all ages!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create syllabi, lesson plans, and other course materials in accordance with templates
• Identify and make updates to curriculum where needed
• Conduct engaging sessions using a ready-to-teach curriculum and structured lesson plans
• Teach students the Art of Speech Writing
• Coach students to deliver speeches with the right:
• Volume, clarity, and pronunciation
• Voice modulation and tonality
• Body language, stage presence, and eye contact
• If needed, advise trainers on how to teach the curriculum to students
• Research instructional materials and evaluate value for classroom use
• Assist fellow curriculum developers with ensuring Speech Academy Asia’s programme as a whole is cohesive
• Performs other relevant functions as necessary or as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal
• Fluent in the English language
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with course development in any capacity
• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, Communications, or other relevant courses
• Bonus: Curriculum Development Experience/ Teaching Experience
• Fresh Grads welcomed!

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office, Canva

Working Days & Location:

• 5-day work week (Wednesday - Sunday)
• Timings: 9am - 6pm
• Location: Jurong East HQ

Salary:
