Job Description
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience building a meaningful brand from the ground up. At Bosom, you won’t just observe — you’ll help create content, support real campaigns, and see your work go live. You’ll work directly with our founders and healthcare professionals, gaining exposure to how marketing is built in an early-stage maternal health startup.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:
You will assist in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, creating engaging content, conducting market research, and managing social media accounts – while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Content & Social- Help create, schedule, and publish social content that goes live on Bosom’s channels (Website, Meta, LinkedIn, and Emailers/Newsletters, etc.)
- Support creation of educational, community, and announcement content
- Help adapt content based on provided brand guidelines and messaging
- Compile simple performance summaries, and track basic metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, clicks)
- Support execution of campaigns for launches, partnerships, and awareness initiatives
- Help coordinate timelines, assets, and channels
- Assist with simple research and preparation for GTM initiatives
- Research relevant influencers, KOLs, parent communities, and publishers.
- Help research and prepare outreach lists for real partnership and collaboration proposals
- Support community events or activations within the mother and caregiver community, where relevant
- Assist in updating decks and marketing materials using existing templates
- Ensure materials are clear, accurate, and on-brand
What we’re looking for:
- Enrolled/completed in a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g. Google Docs, Slides, Canva)
Nice-to-haves:
- Interest in the maternal, healthcare or social impact
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- We don’t expect you to know everything — this is a learning role, and you’ll be supported with clear priorities and feedback.
- Gain hands-on experience in an early-stage health startup
- Exposure to startup process, and how marketing is built from zero to one
- Experience supporting real campaign launches and partnerships
- Work directly with founders and professionals, with visibility into decision-making and the opportunity to contribute ideas that go live
- Contribute to improving maternal health outcomes
- High-performing interns may be considered for extended contracts or future full-time roles as Bosom grows
- Flexible working arrangements — hours and scope can be adjusted around school commitments, with clear milestones agreed upfront
