Quality Assurance Assistant (8-months contract) / Pioneer

Role Overview

W Search & Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant (8-months contract) to join a Global Manufacturer based in the Pioneer West Region and will provide key administrative support to the Quality Assurance department.

• Prepare and validate electronic Certificates of Analysis (eCOA) for products across different manufacturing sites.
• Perform COA amendments (e.g. file name updates, addition of customer-requested information) and coordinate with manufacturing sites accordingly.
• Assist with the compilation and maintenance of quality assurance data, reports and records.
• Conduct quality control checks on a range of administrative processes and documentation. Provide administrative support for quality assurance audits and inspections.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and validate quality-related information.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems related to quality assurance
• Complete other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance Documentation within a Manufacturing environment.
• Possess a meticulous personality and excellent data entry/reporting skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commence employment at a short notice will be highly advantageous.
• Contract may be renewed / converted, depending on business needs.
