About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Customer Service Executive to lead our front desk at a well-established dental clinic. You’ll oversee reception operations, support a small team, and ensure excellent patient experiences.

• Lead and supervise front desk operations
• Greet and register patients professionally
• Manage and confirm appointments
• Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Process payments accurately
• Coordinate with labs and follow up on cases
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Train and support junior receptionists
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the clinic

• Min. 2 years of front desk/customer service experience (dental/medical preferred)
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Team player who can work independently
