The Opportunity:
Adecco is collaborating with a global freight forwarder to recruit a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage airfreight export activities for Japanese clients.- Transportation provided

- Friday (9 AM
- 6:30 PM) and alternate Saturday (9AM
- 1PM)
- Salary: up to $4500 (AWS + VB)
- Attend on-site visits to oversee export/import packing and local moving operations
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and packers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Conduct surveys at customer residences and prepare service quotations.
- Coordinate with internal staff to arrange shipment and follow-up after cargo pickup.
- Manage job records (e.g., tally sheets) in the system and handle ad hoc tasks related to customer service and sales support
The Talent:
- At least 2 years of experience within the same industry/field
- Ability to read and write Japanese
- Candidates with JLPT N2 certification are preferred
