Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategies and processes to enhance the patient experience
• Develop and oversee volunteer engagement initiatives that strengthen their contributions to patient experience and overall care quality.
• Analyze patient feedback from surveys, complaints, and compliments to identify patterns and drive continuous service quality improvement.
• Increase volunteer involvement by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create meaningful roles that complement clinical services and support positive patient outcomes.
• Address feedback from patients, caregivers, and volunteers promptly and effectively, handling investigations, de-escalation, and service recovery where required.
• Innovate and refine strategies and workflows to boost operational efficiency and ensure a seamless, integrated care experience for patients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
